Today I will share some worksheet idea which have brain-teasing activities so it's like brain-teasing worksheets activity ideas for four and five-year-old kids. So I will hope you will enjoy I have done this kind of in the past two so I'll make sure too many ideas on how to teach a particular topic or in general to your two-year-old three-year-old many diy worksheets so many things and now without further let's get started 1. Decoding very first worksheet is change the letter as it is asking according to the quotes and make a meaningful one so for example if it is saying change

t into p then o remains same because there is no code for that and q becomes n so this code has become a spoon right
so it's kind of a decoding using the clues.
2.Finding pattern the second worksheet is find the correct pattern to complete the design it looks very simple but i have used only two pattern one is bracket and one is um semi-circle so it gets little confusing because most of them look very similar so it is quite uh quite challenging for any 3.5 to 4.5 year old um for example
this one is quite simple because it says just two brackets so if i'll use two brackets it will finish complete the um you know the design over here it is one bracket and two semicircle so child might get confused with two. you know brackets and one semicircle so yeah it is quite challenging for the small kids.
3.Color patterns use color to coats so one is for purple two is for uh green three is for green and she um you know your child will have to use the core for example if it says one two so one two one two one two kind of pattern so purple green purple green purple green two three green and gray so green grey green grey
green, gray green gray like this so using the code over here they have to follow the pattern and color the next one follow arrow and find the alphabet to solve the word this one particular word for which a child will have to follow these arrows from the number over written over here and decode what a word it will be at the end for example if it says 10 so first i will have to put the finger
at 10 then it says go one time down so down and then go right though so the first letter is a
then put the finger at b
and after that go down and then left so the next letter is p so this is the way they have to find find what letter it is according to using these nine codes and find out at the end what word it has become.
4.Solve riddles solve riddle using the code in which i have given five riddles to use these codes for example i am second largest planet in with the ring so obviously many kids those who know about solar system they can guess and write but those who don't know or are confused you can they can use these codes for example 19 19 is for s s
one is for a a so they will have to decode using these numbers in alphabet and then they can find what answer it is either they can just do it by themselves or they can use these codes so it can get little tricky for younger kids so you can use the small riddles for
example i am the letter between a and c I am the number between three and five I am the um you know letter between s and u so these kind of riddles can be really helpful to teach in between or before and after concept as well so this one is quite challenging and interesting and obviously any five to six year old can do but you can do the smaller version of this with one time of uh you know arrow down one time of change in the direction only so it's easier for kids to do in the starting but obviously here i have used three times and two times because i know uh you know five to six year old kids can do this so it says follow arrows direction and how many times it is asking to move and make a pattern for example if i'm saying start

so, you have to go one time down one time down and then it is saying one time right one time right one time up then again up in one time right and then uh two time right and then three times down so these kind of results can be little confusing in the starting but if they practice for with a smaller um you know cube and the smaller times they can do it for eight and nine times as well and in the starting just use one times
of moving of the air only this one is draw mirror image um and i have done one of it uh in the starting just get the vertical one and and with the practice you can also give the mirror image of horizontal images as well because it gets a little complicated.
5. Pairing I would recommend you to go with this and then you can give the dotted mirror images as well okay so the next worksheet is saying how many pair each color has i've just done one so you know two things make a pair for example shoe and shoelace or two ears they are in pairs these kind of things
6.Dots connection so the next and last worksheet is
how many pairs do i have so according to the number they have to first you know make the dots and then connect and see how many pairs do they make and once they know this concept it will become much easier to teach them our odd number in even number if all the dots have been connected that means that number is even number if not then that will be the odd number so it is a very good practice of teaching you can teach it uh with the spoons and if they are making the pair
or not if with the stones without marbles with the beads whatever you have handy you can teach that way as well but these kind of worksheets are good too.
